Chef Davies is a family run business owned and setup by Sarah. Sarah has been in the catering industry for almost 20 years and has a extensive background in the industry. Sarah feels passionate about giving back and her main focus of the Restaurant at the Duke William is to make the Senior Citizen Clients always feel welcome, respected, and ensure there is always a good menu at low cost for them. As well as the Duke William, Chef Davies caters extensively in outside catering for all possible events, and for all types of customers from Corporate events to family gatherings.
